At the Zac Brown Band Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached; please note that final sale items and digital media are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
